About Emergency Calls
An "Emergency Call" is a call that is received anytime outside of normal weekday business hours that requires our immediate attention. Emergency Service Call and Hourly Rates do apply at these times. Our normal business hours are Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Emergency Call Rates
Our Emergency Service Call rate is $110.00 which includes the first ½ hour of labour. Time after that is billed in ½ hour increments at $100.00 per hour so each additional ½ hour would incur a charge of $50.00. Pricing excludes Statutory and Civic Holidays.

Statutory and Civic Holiday Emergency Rates
Service Call Rate: $170.00 (Includes first ½ hour of labour)
Hourly Rate: $130.00 (Billed in ½ hour increments)

We endeavour to respond to Emergency Calls expediently. For most areas of Pickering, Toronto and the GTA our response times vary between 1/2 hour and 1 hour depending upon volume of traffic, road travel conditions and volume
